Manually adjust Loyalty Points

Introduction

In this article, we'll delve into the process of manually adjusting customer loyalty points within your AiTrillion platform.

Here are the steps to manually adjust the customer’s Loyalty Points -:

Step 1: Under Loyalty Rewards go to Members >> All Members/Loyalty members

Step 2: Find the customer for whom you want to add/remove points and click on their email id.


Step 3: A popup will appear asking for the points and reasons. Enter the number of points you want to Add and input the reason behind this.


To remove points, please enter the specific number of points you would like to deduct.

Step 4: Any points added or removed will be visible in the history area.
