Loyalty reports - to track the loyalty rewards earned by customers

Introduction

Loyalty reports provide a clear and structured way to track how customers earn rewards through your loyalty program. By using Loyalty Reports, you can monitor points earned across different activities, understand customer engagement, and measure the overall performance of your rewards strategy. These insights help you identify your most loyal customers, evaluate which earning actions are most effective, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your loyalty program. In this article, we’ll walk you through how Loyalty Reports help you track loyalty rewards earned by customers and gain valuable insights into their reward activity.


Here are the steps to check the Loyalty points report:



Step 2: You will get all the reports, which are the following -:

Enrolled at - It displays the date when the customers first earned points.

Lifetime points - It displays the overall points of the customers that they have earned in the store.

Available points - It displays the current balance of the points of the customers.

Note: To get more information, click on email or name and you will get detailed information about the loyalty points which are following -:

1.) Loyalty wallet -

a) Vip tier - It displays information about the customer's current tier status.





b.) Last transaction: It displays information about the Last transaction made by the customer.

c.) Block member: You can block customers from earning the points

d.) Blocked status: It shows the status of the customer as Active or inactive


2.) History

You will get all the points history and activity according to their engagement through Loyalty rewards done on-store.

3.) Orders: You will receive order details for purchases made by customers. By clicking on the order ID, you can access comprehensive information, including the items in the order, billing address, shipping address, payment gateway, order source, discount code, and more.




Important notes:

  1. Loyalty Reports display real-time data, so any points earned, redeemed, approved, or expired will be reflected immediately in the reports.
  2. Lifetime points include all points ever earned by the customer, even if they have been redeemed or expired.
  3. Available points show only the current redeemable balance and may differ from lifetime points due to redemptions or expirations.
  4. Order details shown in the report are fetched directly from Shopify, ensuring accuracy for billing, shipping, discounts, and payment information.
  5. Access to Loyalty Reports depends on your user permissions in AiTrillion. Ensure you have the required access to view customer and order data.
