How to send bulk Emails to a Group of Customers?

Introduction

Sending bulk emails to a group of customers in AiTrillion allows you to communicate important updates, promotions, and announcements efficiently. By targeting specific customer lists or segments, you can ensure your message reaches the right audience at scale while maintaining personalization and relevance. This article explains how to send bulk emails to a selected group of customers quickly and effectively using AiTrillion.

Here are the steps to send bulk emails to a group of customers:

Step 1: Go to Email Marketing >> Campaigns.

Step 2. Click on the Campaign name that you would like to send or the Create button. To learn how to create a campaign, Click here.

Step 3: Add the Customer list or segment that will receive the campaign.

Note: You can choose any list or segment in the audience section. You can select both as well. Here is how to create a List/Segment

Once selected, click on the Fetch audience button to get the exact number of customers to whom the email will be sent.

Step 4: Once you have made all your settings, choose to send the email out right away or schedule it for later.

Now, the email will be sent in bulk to the customers

Important Notes:

1. Always click Fetch audience after selecting lists or segments to confirm the final recipient count.
   
2. The campaign name is for internal reference only and is not visible to recipients.
   
3. Always review and test the email subject line and content before sending.
   
4. Use Send a test message to verify layout, links, and personalization.
   
5. Once a bulk email campaign is sent, it cannot be edited or recalled.
   
6. Avoid sending bulk emails too frequently to prevent unsubscribes or spam complaints.
