How to send bulk Emails to a Group of Customers

Send emails to your customers in bulk if you want to make any announcements. This is a step-by-step guide to sending bulk emails to a group of customers.

Step 1. Log into AiTrillion

Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Campaigns.

Step 3. Click on the Create button at the top right corner.

Step 4. Choose the mode for campaign creation. The drag and drop editor will allow you to select a pre-existing template and work on that to make it your own using a drag-and-drop system, or you can choose to create a brand new template. If you already have a pre-created message you can click on the message option. You can also use the HTML editor to bring in HTML code from a template that was created in a graphic design tool like illustrator, indesign, corel, photoshop etc. 

Step 5. Once done with step 4, choose the audience to whom you want to send the email campaign. 

Note: You can choose any list or segment in the audience section. You can select both as well.  Here is how to create a List / Segment

Once selected then click on Save and Continue button to get the exact number of customers to whom the email will be sent.

Step 5. Once you have made all your settings, choose to send the email out rightaway or schedule it for later.
