Exclude an audience from a Campaign

Introduction

Excluding an audience from a campaign in AiTrillion allows you to fine-tune your targeting and avoid sending emails to customers who should not receive a specific message. By excluding specific lists or segments, you can prevent oversending, protect customer experience, and ensure your campaigns reach only the most relevant audience. This article explains how to exclude an audience from an email campaign effectively using AiTrillion.


Here are the steps to exclude an audience from a campaign:




Step 2: Click on the Create button or click on the Campaign name. To learn how to create the campaign, Click here.



Step 3: Go to the Target audience tab and select the Include, Exclude audience and click on Fetch audience button.




Step 5: Fill in the required details and click on the Send Now button.



Now, the selected audience will be excluded from the email campaign.


Important Notes:

  1. You can exclude an audience using customer lists, segments, or both.
  2. Always click Fetch audience after selecting the include and exclude options to view the final audience count.
  3. Audience size may be smaller due to overlapping include and exclude criteria.
  4. Review excluded segments carefully to avoid unintentionally removing key customers.
  5. Once the campaign is sent, audience settings cannot be changed.
