Create a Customer segment
Step 4: Click on the Save segment button.
Step 5: Now, give a Name to the segment with a description (Optional) and click on Create segment.
Now, you can use a segment in a Email campaign
Important Notes:
- You can apply multiple filters to create highly targeted customer segments.
- Filters can be combined using logical conditions (AND (Match with All filter) /OR (Match with Any filter)) to refine your results.
- Review the total customer count before saving the segment to ensure it matches your expectations.
- Segment updates dynamically — if customer data changes and matches the filter conditions, they will automatically be added to the segment.
