5. assignment_duration_months: Required only if is_lifetime_assignment is set to 0. It defines how long (in months) the VIP tier remains active. Leave this column empty if the assignment is lifetime.
Note: The header/1st row of the sheet must be in the same sequence formate which is provided in the demo CSV.
Step 4: Click the Upload CSV button and select the file you saved after editing the CSV.
Step 5: Now, you will get the details of the files which you have uploaded, including:
File Name: Name of the file which you uploaded.
Status: It will show the status of the file that is uploaded:
Completed - There is no error in the file.
Pending - File is in pending state. It is in process to upload the file.
New members: It will display a list of
customers who are not available in AiTrillion. You need to
import those customers into AiTrillion first, and then

Error: It will show the status of the file if there is any error in the file while uploading the data.
- Created: Displays when CSV processing finished.
- Upload Date: Displays when the CSV file was uploaded.
Note: If a customer is already assigned to a VIP tier and is included in the list, the customer’s VIP tier will be updated.
Now, the VIP tier will be assigned to the customers.
