Basic VIP offers

If you’re operating a 3-tiered VIP program, your base rewards could be structured as follows:

• Entry level (Tier 1) — Earn 1 point per activity

• Middle level (Tier 2) — Earn 2 points per activity

• Elite level (Tier 3) — Earn 5 points activity

Note: Avoid giving away too much too quickly! Ensure that each VIP tier offers increasingly valuable rewards, making each tier worth striving for.

Here are the steps to setup VIP program tire wise earnings:

Step 1: Go to Loyalty rewards >> Set up program >> VIP program and click on edit.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Tier settings and set the earning ratio

Step 3: Click on Update

Similarly you can edit the settings of other tiers as per your needs

Important Notes

• Ensure the VIP Program (Tier System) is created and enabled before configuring tier-wise earning rules.
  
• Each VIP tier can have a different earning ratio, allowing higher tiers to earn more points per activity.
  
• Changes made to tier earning settings apply only to future point-earning activities.
  
• VIP earning ratios work alongside existing Earn Points activities and do not replace them.
  
• Customers are assigned to VIP tiers automatically based on the configured tier criteria.
  
• Manual tier assignment will override automatic tier placement until updated again.
  
• Avoid setting overly high earning ratios, as this may lead to excessive point issuance.
  
• VIP tier benefits should increase progressively to encourage customers to move up tiers.
