Enable Loyalty rewards program

Introduction

Enabling the Loyalty Rewards Program is the first step toward building stronger, long-term relationships with your customers. Once enabled, you can start rewarding customers for their purchases and engagement, turning occasional shoppers into loyal brand advocates.

With the AiTrillion Loyalty Rewards Program, activation is quick and seamless. After enabling it, you can configure point rules, reward options, and earning actions to match your business goals. This allows you to launch a fully functional loyalty program without complex setup—helping you increase repeat purchases, customer retention, and overall lifetime value from day one.


Here are the steps to enable the Loyalty rewards program:




Step 2: On the top-right corner of the Loyalty Rewards dashboard, locate the Enable toggle. Turn the toggle ON to activate the Loyalty Rewards Program




What Happens After Enabling?

Once the Loyalty Rewards Program is enabled:


Important Notes

  • Enabling the program does not automatically create earning or redeeming rules. These must be configured separately.

  • If you do not set up earning or redeeming rules, the loyalty widgets will not appear on the store.

  • You can disable the program at any time using the same toggle
