Use the Workflow template in Email marketing campaign

Introduction

Using workflow templates in an email marketing campaign in AiTrillion allows you to reuse automated email designs and messages across multiple campaigns. This helps maintain consistency, save time, and ensure your campaigns follow proven workflows. This article explains how to use workflow templates in email marketing campaigns and apply them effectively to streamline your email communication.

Note: Before following the steps below, ensure that the workflow template/message has already created. To learn how to create the message template, Click here.

Here are the steps to use the Workflow template in email marketing templates:

Step 1: Go to Email marketing >> Campaigns



Step 2: Click on the Create button. 




Step 3: Click on Choose message template.



Step 4: Select the template that has been created in the Workflow module.

Note: To check the template which has been created in the workflow, go to Workflow automation >> Email messages and you will get the list of the created templates.





Step 6: Click on the Choose and Continue button.




Now, the workflow email will be visible in the message.




Important Notes

  • Changes made to a workflow email template will reflect in future campaigns, not in emails that have already been sent.

  • Workflow templates help maintain consistent design and messaging across campaigns.

  • Workflow templates can be used in multiple campaigns without duplication.

  • If a template does not appear in the list, confirm it is created under Workflow automation → Email messages.
