Note: This report is available only for real-time coupons. Bulk coupons are applied directly to the campaign’s target audience and are not included in this report.
Here are the steps to check the dynamically generated discount code report:
Step: Go to Email marketing >> Discount codes >> Click on the menu icon and click on View customers.
Now, you will get the list of the customers who received the discount code through a Campaign or Workflow

- This report is available only for real-time (dynamically generated) discount codes.
- Bulk discount codes are applied directly to the campaign’s target audience and will not appear in this report.
- The report displays customers who received discount codes through email campaigns or workflows.
- You can filter the report by discount type, creation date, customer name, or email address for easier tracking.
