Introduction

Saving a section in an email template allows you to reuse frequently used layouts, content blocks, and designs without rebuilding them each time. By saving sections in the AiTrillion Email Editor, you can maintain design consistency, reduce manual effort, and speed up your campaign creation process. This article explains how to save a section in an email template so you can quickly reuse it across multiple emails and create campaigns more efficiently.

Here are the steps to Save the section in the email template -:

Step 2: Click on Create from scratch button or Use the existing template

Step 3: Add the block or click on the added block to edit the block, then click on the three dots/menu button.

Step 4: Click on the Save section/Download button

Step 5: Give a name to the Section and click on Save
Note: There are optional settings which are:
  1. Module description - Description of the block/module
  2. Tags - Give a tag to identify the block.
  3. Category - By default, there are 4 categories: header, footer, body, and other. You can also ask our support team to add more categories.

Now, the section will be available in the Saved section. You can use it repeatedly for other campaigns/workflow

Important Notes

  • Saved sections can be reused only within the AiTrillion Email Editor.
  • Any changes made to a saved section will not automatically update sections already used in existing templates.

  • Saved sections include all blocks, styles, and layout settings within that section.

  • Make sure to give a clear and unique name to the section so it’s easy to identify later.

  • Using tags is recommended to organize saved sections and quickly find them in the editor.

  • Saved sections are available across new and existing email templates, campaigns, and workflows.

  • If a saved section is deleted, it will no longer be available for future use, but previously used sections will remain unchanged.

  • Always preview the email after adding a saved section to ensure proper alignment and responsiveness.

  • Saved sections help maintain design consistency across campaigns, but each instance can still be edited independently.

  • It is recommended to test the email on both desktop and mobile devices before sending.
