Use the email design editor for order summary

Introduction:

Using the Email Design Editor for order summary emails in AiTrillion allows you to customize how order details are presented to your customers. You can design clear, professional, and brand-consistent order summary emails that include product details, pricing, and order information. This article explains how to use the email design editor to create and manage order summary emails effectively, ensuring a better post-purchase experience for your customers.

Note: Order summary block will only be used in Workflow.

Here are the steps to use order summary in a email template:

Step 1: Go to Email marketing >>Templates

Step 2: Click on the Create from Scratch button or select the pre-built template (Recommended) to use for a campaign.

Step 3: You will see a screen similar to the one below. Click on Blocks.

Step 4: Drag and drop it to the design area.

Step 5: As soon as you add the block to the design area, the order summary shortcodes will be added and sent to the customers after placing the order. 

Step 7: The settings of the block can be modified by clicking on that block.

Step 8: Remember to check a preview, send a test, and save when done.

Now, customers will receive their order summary in an email.
