Schedule loyalty points for every amount spent

Introduction

With the loyalty points scheduling feature, you can automatically award extra points to customers based on the amount they spend. This is especially useful during festive seasons to boost engagement and encourage higher spending. In this article, you’ll learn how to configure and schedule loyalty points for every amount spent.

Here are the steps to schedule loyalty points for every amount spent:




Step 2: Enable the Schedule points and enter the number of points which will be equivalent to $1 spent. You will also get the following options:

Note: When to schedule points?

The Schedule points can be used for special occasions such as Christmas or Black Friday sales, where customers can earn more points for a specific period.

What is the start date?

The start date is the point from which the customer begins earning the points that have been set in the Schedule points for every $1 spent.

What is the end date?

The end date is considered the time from which the customer will stop earning the scheduled points earned for every $1 spent. After the end date, the customer will start earning the same points that have been set in Points earned for every $1 spent.




Step 3: Once you set the settings, scroll down to the bottom and click on update.



Customers will now earn the set points on the scheduled date according to your settings.
