Manage the Loyalty Button Visibility on the Website

Introduction

The Loyalty Button is the primary entry point for customers to access your Loyalty Rewards Program on the storefront. Managing its visibility allows you to control when and where customers see the button, ensuring it fits seamlessly with your store’s design and user experience.

In this article, you’ll learn how to enable or disable the loyalty button on your website, hide it on specific devices, and manage its display settings using AiTrillion. Properly configuring the loyalty button helps improve visibility, usability, and customer engagement with your rewards program.

Here are the steps to enable the Loyalty button:




Step 2: Enable the button - Enable to show button on front store




Step 3: Click on Save

Note:
1.) Ensure that the app block is enabled. To enable the app block - Click here
2.)Similarly, you can disable the Show button on the front store, and the button will not appear


Now, the Loyalty button will be visible on the front store

Important notes

  1. The Loyalty button will appear on the storefront only if the app block is enabled in the Shopify theme.
  2. Enabling or disabling the “Show button on front store” option controls the visibility of the Loyalty button for all customers.
  3. You can choose to hide the Loyalty button on mobile devices while keeping it visible on desktop.
  4. Disabling the Loyalty button does not disable the loyalty program—customers can still earn and redeem points through other places.
