Common Reasons for a Reduced Audience Fetch Count while sending the email campaign

Introduction

When sending an email campaign, you may notice that the total number of contacts fetched for your audience is lower than expected. This usually happens due to specific conditions applied during campaign setup.

This article outlines the most common reasons why your audience count appears reduced — and how you can verify or adjust your settings to ensure the right contacts are included.

1.) Contacts are unsubscribed - If a contact has unsubscribed and you still need to email them, Click here to learn how.

2.) Customers are inactive - If the customers are inactive, you need to mark them as active to send them the email. Click here to learn how to mark them as active.

3.) Emails are bounced - If customers' emails are bounced, AiTrillion automatically filters those customers, and the next time the emails won't be sent to that customer. To check the list of bounced emails - Click here.

4.) Email complaints by the customers - If a customer reports an email as spam, AiTrillion automatically filters them out to prevent future emails from being sent to that contact. To learn how to view the list of such customers, Click here.

5.) The customer’s email address is not available.

AiTrillion continuously monitors email delivery and automatically suppresses problem contacts to protect your sender reputation. You can always review bounced, spam, or unsubscribed contacts directly within the Customers section.
