Introduction:

Tracking email campaign performance is essential to understand what’s working and where improvements are needed. With AiTrillion, you can view detailed email campaign performance metrics with a single click, making it easy to analyze opens, clicks, conversions, and overall engagement. This helps you make data-driven decisions, optimize future campaigns, and improve your email marketing results without any extra effort.


Here are the steps to check email campaign performance:




Step 2: Click on the email campaign that has been sent to the customers.

Step 3: 

Performance Charts:

1. Sent vs. Delivered: Sent - Shows the total number of emails sent versus successfully delivered. Delivery Rate indicates inbox success. Example: 100% delivery rate means all emails were delivered successfully.
2. Delivered vs. Open: Delivered - Displays how many delivered emails were opened. Open Rate - helps measure subject line effectiveness and sender trust.
3. Open vs. Click: Open - Shows how many opened emails resulted in clicks. Click Rate indicates how engaging the email content and call-to-action are.
4. Click vs. Conversion: Click - Displays the number of clicks that resulted in conversions (orders). Conversion Rate measures campaign revenue effectiveness.

Campaign Summary Metrics

This section gives a quick snapshot of campaign results:
  • Sent – Total number of emails sent.

  • Delivered – Emails successfully delivered.

  • Opened – Number and percentage of opened emails.

  • Clicked – Number and percentage of clicks.

  • Placed Order – Number of orders placed through the campaign.

  • Total Revenue – Revenue generated from the campaign.

  • Revenue per Email – Average revenue generated per email sent.


Email Details

  • Subject – The subject line used in the campaign.
  • Email Body – Preview or link to the email content.

  • From – Sender email address.

  • Reply To – Reply-to email address.

  • Total Recipients – Number of recipients targeted.

  • Sent On – Date and time the campaign was sent.

Delivery & Contact Health

Undelivered

  • Hard Bounce – Permanently failed email deliveries.

  • Soft Bounce – Temporarily failed deliveries.

Contact Loss

  • Unsubscribe – Number of recipients who unsubscribed.

  • Complaint – Spam complaints registered for the campaign.


Use these tabs to explore deeper insights:

  • A/B Test Results – Performance comparison between variants. (Shows only if A/B test campaign has been sent)




  • Recipient Activity – Individual recipient engagement details (Sent/Open).




  • Message – Email content details.




  • Audience – Targeted customer segment. 




    You will also get details of the targeted list/segment on the A/B test version. For example, Version A, Version B, or the Winner audience.




  • Orders – Orders generated from the campaign.

  • Link Activity – Click performance by link.

1.) Complaint means the customer has marked the email as spam.

2.) We will continue to send emails even if the customer has marked them as spam until they unsubscribe.
