How the guest customer will get create an account activity points?

Introduction

Guest customers can be encouraged to create an account through the enticing offer of activity points. By rewarding these points upon account creation, businesses can effectively incentivize guests to transition into registered members.

Here are the steps to give guest customers create an account activity points:



Step 2: Click on the button next to All Customers and then save the settings.

Notes
All customers, including both guest and store accounts, will receive points.



The below feature will be available for the accounts created after 29-03-2024

Notes
Note: If Only customers who have a store account is enabled then the customer will get points after the customer creates a store account




Important Notes:

  1. If Only customers who have a store account is enabled, points will be credited only after account creation, not during guest browsing or checkout.
  2. The account creation reward is applied once per customer to avoid duplicate point allocation.
