Give Loyalty point when purchasing a membership

Introduction

In this article, you will learn to assign loyalty points when purchasing a membership


Here are the steps to give loyalty points when purchasing a membership -:

Step 1: Create a Membership plan and add the required details

Note: To create a paid membership plan - Click here



Step 2: Copy the Plan tag.





Step 3: Now, Go to Loyalty reward >> Set up the program >> Earn points >> Click On Customer tag



Step 4: Paste the copied tag and fill in the required details



Now, the Loyalty points will be assigned to the customers




Important Notes:

  1. Loyalty points are awarded only after the membership purchase is successfully completed. Failed, canceled, or refunded membership orders will not earn points.
  2. Ensure the Membership plan tag is copied correctly and pasted exactly the same in Earn Points → On Customer Tag. Tags are case-sensitive.
  3. Points will be credited only when the customer has the required tag applied to their account after purchasing the membership.
  4. Make sure the On Customer Tag activity is enabled and saved in the Earn Points section.
  5. If the customer is blocked from the loyalty program, points will not be assigned even after membership purchase.
