Filtering customers by their email subscription status helps you target the right audience and maintain compliance with email marketing best practices. By segmenting customers as subscribed or unsubscribed, you can ensure that marketing emails are sent only to users who have opted in, while excluding those who have opted out. This improves deliverability, reduces spam complaints, and keeps your communication relevant and permission-based.
1.) Shopify subscribe/unsubscribe status
2.) AiTrillion subscribe/unsubscribe status
Step 1: Go to Customers >> All Customers
Step 3: Click on is available to check if the email subscription is available on Shopify or is not available if the email subscription is available on Shopify, and click on Apply filter
Now, you will get the list of customers who are marked as Subscribed/Unsubscribed in Shopify
Step 1: Go to Customers >> All Customers
Step 2: Click on Create segment button >> Add filter >> search for Marketing email subscription
Step 3: Click on Subscribe to check if the email marketing subscription is subscribed, or Unsubscribe to check if the email marketing subscription is unsubscribed, and click on Apply filter
