Follow the steps below to manually unsubscribe customers from an email list.

Step 1.
Go to Customers >> All Customers

Step 2. Click on Timeline for the customer whom you want to unsubscribe from an email list.

Step 3. Click Timeline for the customer whom you want to unsubscribe from the email list.

Step 4. A new screen will open. Mark checked the service from which you want to unsubscribe the customer.

Step 5. Click on the update button to save the settings.
