Unsubscribe Customer From An Email List Manually
Introduction:
Important Notes:
- Manually unsubscribing a customer will stop them from receiving the selected email type (Marketing, Transactional, or Review emails) based on your selection.
- Make sure you are editing the correct customer profile before updating the subscription status.
- After making changes, always click the Update button to save the settings. Changes will not be applied unless saved.
- Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails unless you manually disable them.
- If a customer has already unsubscribed using an email footer link, the status will automatically reflect as unsubscribed.
