Follow the steps below to manually unsubscribe customers from an email list.

Step 2: Click on the Full name of the customer or the View details button to check the details of the specific customer.

Step 3: Click on the emails from which you want to unsubscribe the customer.

There are 3 options available:
1. Marketing email subscription - Shows whether the marketing email is subscribed to or not.
2. Transaction emails - Displays whether the transaction email is subscribed to or not.
3. Review request email - Shows the details of whether the review email is subscribed to or not.

Step 5: Click on the Update button to save the settings.

Important Notes:

  1. Manually unsubscribing a customer will stop them from receiving the selected email type (Marketing, Transactional, or Review emails) based on your selection.
  2. Make sure you are editing the correct customer profile before updating the subscription status.
  3. After making changes, always click the Update button to save the settings. Changes will not be applied unless saved.
  4. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails unless you manually disable them.
  5. If a customer has already unsubscribed using an email footer link, the status will automatically reflect as unsubscribed.
