Check the report of the Cashback or Store Credit assigned to customers using Cashback module

Introduction

Monitoring the cashback or store credit assigned to your customers is essential for tracking engagement and evaluating the effectiveness of your loyalty or promotional campaigns. With detailed reporting, you can view which customers received credit, how much was awarded, credit type, status, and when it was issued. This helps ensure transparency, simplifies customer support, and allows you to make data-driven decisions for future marketing strategies. In this article, you'll learn how to access and interpret the cashback/store credit reports within your dashboard.

Here are the steps to check the detailed report of Cashback or Store credit assigned to the customers:
Step 1: Go to Cashback >> Report

 

Step 2: You can check the detailed report of the customers who got the cashback or the store credit
 


Available filters to search or check the assigned credit

1.) Filter by status: You can filter the customer with status which are as follows:
A. Failed
B. Credited



2.) Filter by workflow name:
You can click on All and search the Workflow name, which is assigning the credit to the customer.



3.) Filter Cashback Report by Transaction Date: The "Filter by transaction date" option allows you to view cashback or store credit credited within a specific date range. This is useful when analyzing campaign performance or auditing reward distribution over time. To use it follow the below steps:
A. Click on "Filter by transaction date" at the top of the report section.

B. A date selector dropdown will appear with two fields:
i.) From: Select the start date.
ii.) To: Select the end date.
iii.) Click "Apply" to filter the report and view only the transactions that occurred within the selected date range.
iv.)Click "Reset" to clear the filters and return to the full report view.



4.) Search by name or email: You can search the customers by name or email for the assigned store credit.
