View for the customers of loyalty points that have been earned and redeemed

In this article, we'll explore the seamless process by which customers can access and monitor their loyalty point activity. By providing transparency and accessibility, AiTrillion empowers customers to stay informed about their loyalty program participation and rewards.
To check Loyalty Points earned and redeemed, follow these steps:
Step 1: Customers will log in to your store, and click on the Loyalty Rewards button/ Loyalty Rewards Page to see the popup below.
Step 2: Details of these points can be obtained from the Points Report tab.
Important Notes
- Customers must be logged in to their store account to view earned and redeemed loyalty points.
- The Loyalty Rewards button or Loyalty Rewards page must be enabled and visible on the storefront.
- The Points Report tab displays a complete history of point activities, including earned, redeemed, approved, and pending points.
- Redeemed points will be shown with a negative value and marked as Claimed or Redeemed.
- Lifetime points reflect the total points earned over time, including points that have already been redeemed.
