Welcome to the world of Loyalty Rewards in AiTrillion! In this article, we'll show you how to showcase your Loyalty Rewards program directly on your store, engaging your customers and enticing them to participate. By displaying your rewards prominently, you'll encourage customer interaction and loyalty, driving repeat business and enhancing the overall shopping experience
Loyalty Rewards Button
Here are the steps to customize the loyalty pop-up panel:
Step 1: Go to Loyalty rewards >> Display on store
Ensure that - Enable to show button on the front store is enabled.
Step 2: Customize the settings to change the widget text, color, and position, as well as the color of the loyalty rewards pop-up according to your requirements.
Button Visibility
Enable to Show Button on Front Store: Toggle this option ON to display the loyalty button on your storefront.

When disabled, the loyalty button will not appear on the store

This is required for customers to access the loyalty popup via the button
Hide Button on Mobile
Enable this option if you want to hide the loyalty button on mobile devices.

Useful if your theme already has limited screen space on mobile
Button Text
Button Text: Set the text displayed on the loyalty button. This text is visible to customers on the storefront button.
Appearance
Button Color: Choose the background color of the loyalty button.

Select from preset colors

Helps match the button with your store’s branding
Text Color: Choose the text color for the button.

Light – Best for dark-colored buttons

Dark – Best for light-colored buttons
Position
Button Position: Select where the loyalty button should appear on the screen.
Common options include:

Left vertical

Right vertical
The button will stick to the selected side of the screen.
Set Button Vertical Position: Adjust the vertical placement of the button using the slider. Vertical position displayed as a percentage (e.g., 32%)
Note: The preview may not reflect the exact position. Click Save and check the live storefront to confirm placement.

Step 4: Customize the before-login appearance and help text after login according to your requirements.
Appearance
Popup Color: Choose the background color of the loyalty popup header.

You can select from the available color options
Text Color: Set the text color used inside the popup.

Light – Recommended for dark backgrounds

Dark – Recommended for light backgrounds
Panel Text
Header Text (Before Login): This text appears as the pop-up title for visitors who are not logged in.
Header Text (After Login): This text appears as the popup title for logged-in customers.
Earn Points Tab Text: Customize the label shown on the Earn Points tab.
Example:
Earn points when you complete activities
Redeem Points Tab Text: Customize the label shown on the Redeem Points tab.
Example:
Redeem points on the store to get rewards
Footer Description: This text is shown at the bottom of the pop-up for visitors who are not logged in.
Example:
Log in or sign up to {shop_name} to earn rewards today
Note: {shop_name} - This tag shows Name of the store/website.
Help Text (Visible After Login)
Help Text Content: This section allows you to add informational content visible only to logged-in customers.

Supports rich text formatting (bold, links, lists, etc.)
Useful for FAQs like:

What is this program?
-
How can I earn points?
-
Who can join?
-
Example Content:
Explains how the loyalty program works and how customers can benefit from it.
Save & Preview

Click Save to apply changes
-
Updates may take up to 15 minutes to reflect on the storefront

Use the View changes option to preview updates immediately
Step 3: Once done, make sure your loyalty program is enabled from the dashboard.
Now, the loyalty rewards button will be visible to the front store.
