Redeemed the points into store credit from the front store loyalty popup

Note: To enable customers to redeem the store on the cart and add widget to the front store - Click here

Here are the steps to redeem the credit the front store:

Step 1: Go to Your store URL >> open the Loyalty popup >> And click on Redeem points


Step 2: A popup will appear Enter the point to redeem


Step 3: Apply the Credit and proceed with checkout





You can also check the store credit activity by going to Loyalty rewards >> Members >> Loyalty members



Important Notes

  1. Store credit redemption works only with Shopify’s New Customer Accounts.
  2. Customers must be logged in to redeem loyalty points into store credit from the front store loyalty popup.
  3. The store credit widget must be enabled and added to the cart/front store for redemption to work correctly.
  4. Points can be redeemed only within the minimum and maximum limits configured in the store credit settings.
  5. Redeemed points are immediately converted into store credit and deducted from the customer’s available points balance.
  6. Store credit can be applied only at checkout, not before.
  7. Store credit redemption is subject to the expiry rules defined during setup (if enabled).
  8. Once points are converted into store credit, the action cannot be reversed by the customers.
