Check the failed status of the WhatsApp message

Monitoring the status of WhatsApp messages within a workflow is essential to ensure effective customer communication. If a message fails to send, identifying the reason helps you take corrective action and maintain message reliability. Here are the steps to check the failed status of the Whatsapp messages:

Step 1: Login to your Wati account >> Broadcast >> Broadcast analytics

Step 2: You can view the status of messages that were read, replied to, or resulted in website clicks. If the progress bar is not at 100%, click on the workflow name to check the status or reason for any failed deliveries.

Step 3: Once you click on Workflow name, you will get the details of Successfull, Opened, replied, and failed messages. Click on Delivery stats to check the reason of failure of Whatsapp message.

Now, you will get the detailed reason of the failure message.
