Add Additional Countries for WhatsApp Message Delivery

Introduction

The Add Additional Countries for WhatsApp Message Delivery setting allows you to expand the regions where you can send WhatsApp messages to your customers. By default, WhatsApp messages can be sent to customers whose phone numbers belong to the same country as your WhatsApp sender number.

With this setting, you can select additional countries to enable message delivery beyond the sender number’s default country. This helps businesses reach a broader international audience while ensuring that messages are sent only to customers whose phone numbers belong to the selected countries.

Configuring additional sending countries ensures better control over your WhatsApp messaging campaigns and helps you target customers in the regions where your business operates.


Here are the steps to add additional countries for WhatsApp message delivery:




Step 2: Go to the Additional WhatsApp Sending Countries settings and select the countries where you would like to send the WhatsApp message.



Step 3: Once you select the country, click on Save countries.

Note: Messages will be sent only to customers whose phone numbers belong to the selected additional countries or the sender’s country.


Now, you will be able to send the WhatsApp message to the selected countries.
