Here are the steps to check the WhatsApp marketing automation report:

Step 1: Go to Workflow Automation >> Workflows, then click on “WhatsApp” next to the workflow name.



Now, you will get a detailed report of the specific workflow showing WhatsApp messages sent to customers



Key Metrics

At the top of the report, you can view a summary of performance:

  • Sent – Total number of WhatsApp messages triggered by the workflow.
  • Delivered – Messages successfully delivered to customers.
  • Read – Messages opened/read by customers.
  • Replied – Number of customer responses received.
  • Total Revenue – Revenue generated from the campaign.

These metrics give a quick overview of how your automation is performing.


Filters and Actions

  • Workflow Selector - Choose a specific workflow (e.g., “Order Thank You”) to view its report.
  • Date Range Filter - Select a start and end date to analyze performance for a specific period.
  • Search Option - Search by customer name or email to find specific records quickly.


Log Report Details

The Log Report section provides a detailed, customer-level breakdown:

  • Member Name – Customer name
  • Email – Customer email address
  • Phone – Registered phone number
  • Sent – Indicates if the message was sent
  • Delivered – Shows delivery status
  • Read – Indicates if the message was opened
  • Replied – Shows whether the customer responded
  • Revenue – Revenue attributed to that message (if any)
  • Created On – Date and time the message was triggered


Status Indicators

  • ✔️ Checkmark – Action completed successfully (e.g., delivered or read)
  • Cross icon – Action not completed (e.g., not delivered or not read)
