Customize your email templates by adding specific products with AiTrillion. Engage customers with targeted promotions and highlight key offerings to drive sales and conversions effectively.
Step 1: Go to Shopify admin >> Click on Products >> Click on Collection >> Click on Add collection.

Shop
Point of Sale
Inbox
Step 3: Go to Email marketing >> Templates >> Either click on the Create from scratch button to create a new template, or use the pre-made template or Saved template.
Choose which elements appear on each product card and customize their order.
Image – Displays the product image.
Name – Shows the product title.
Price – Displays the product price.
Button – Adds a call-to-action button (e.g., Shop Now, View Product).
Each element:
Can be enabled or disabled using the toggle.
Can be reordered using drag-and-drop.
Make sure the selected products are active and available in your Shopify store, inactive or deleted products will not appear correctly.
Product details such as image, name, price, and button are automatically fetched from Shopify and updated in real time.
If a product is out of stock, it may still appear in the email unless inventory-based rules are applied.
Use the Preview and Send Test Email options to verify product visibility and layout before activating the email.
Avoid adding too many products to a single email, as this may impact readability and engagement.
Keep the Responsive block enabled to ensure proper display on mobile devices.
If product data is updated in Shopify after the email is sent, those changes will not reflect in already sent emails.
