Here are the steps to add images in AiTrillion email design editor:

Step 2: Either click on the Create from scratch button or click on the Use template button.

Step 3: Customize the template as per your needs, click on the Blocks tab, and drag and drop the image block.

Step 4: Now, you will be able to see the added image, or you can insert the image with the format PNG, JPG, or GIF from the local files.

Step 5: Once you add the image, you will get the following settings to edit the image:

Image Path: Shows the full path of the image file. This is automatically filled and typically does not require manual changes.

Link: Allows you to make the image clickable.
  • Site: Select this option to redirect users to a website.

  • URL field: Enter the destination link (e.g., a product page or landing page).

Alternate Text: Used to add Alt and Title attributes to the image. Helps with accessibility, also displays text if the image fails to load, and improves email deliverability and SEO
Alignment: Controls how the image is positioned within the email:
  • Left

  • Center

  • Right

Size: Adjusts the image dimensions.
  • Use the plus or minus button to increase or decrease the size.

  • Arrow controls help fine-tune width and height.

  • Ensures the image fits well within the email layout.

Adjust to Width: When enabled, the image automatically adjusts to the width of its container, making it suitable for responsive layouts.
Radius: Adds rounded corners to the image.
  • All: Applies the same radius to all corners.

  • Separately: Customize left, right, top, and bottom with each corner individually.

Responsive Image: When enabled, the image automatically scales based on the screen size. Ensures better display on mobile devices. Works only on devices and email clients that support responsive behavior.
Padding: Adds spacing around the image to improve layout and readability. Helps prevent images from appearing too close to text or other elements.

NotesNote: You can upload only PNG, JPG, and GIF with upload sizes cannot be higher than 20mb.

Step 6: You can also customize the image as per your needs by clicking on the edit button.

When you click on the Edit button, a pop-up will appear, which includes settings:
Open: Upload a new image from your device to start editing.
Save: Save the edited image. The saved image can then be used in your email design.
