Important Notes:

  1. Template Approval is Required: All WhatsApp templates must be approved by Meta before they can be used to send messages to customers.
  2. Use Correct Variables: Ensure that all dynamic variables (such as customer name, discount code, or links) are correctly mapped so the message displays accurate information to customers.
  3. Follow WhatsApp Messaging Policies: The template content must comply with WhatsApp Business messaging policies, including avoiding spam, misleading information, or excessive promotional language.
  4. Keep Messages Clear and Concise: WhatsApp messages should be short, clear, and easy to understand to improve customer engagement.
  5. Test the Template Before Using It in Campaigns: After the template is approved, it is recommended to test the message using a workflow or internal number before sending it to a large audience.
  6. Ensure Customer Opt-In: You should only send WhatsApp messages to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp communications.
  7. Use Templates for Automation and Campaigns: Once approved, the template can be used in WhatsApp campaigns or automated workflows to send messages to customers.
