Edit Saved WhatsApp Template
Introduction
Editing a saved WhatsApp template allows you to update message content, refine wording, or adjust variables to better suit your communication needs. This helps ensure your templates stay relevant, accurate, and aligned with your current campaigns or workflows. By making timely updates, you can maintain a consistent customer experience and improve message effectiveness.
Note: Before following the steps below to edit the template, ensure the following:
- Remove the WhatsApp template if it is assigned to any workflow.
- Cancel any scheduled WhatsApp templates.
Here are the steps to edit a saved WhatsApp template:
Step 2: Edit the template as per your need and click on Save and ask for approval.
Now, the template will be sent for approval. Once it is approved, you can send the edited template to the customers through workflow, campaign, or inbox
Important Notes
- Ensure the template is not actively used in any workflow or campaign before making changes.

Any scheduled messages using the template must be canceled to avoid conflicts.

Changes to approved templates may temporarily make them unavailable until re-approved.

Double-check variables, placeholders, and formatting to prevent approval rejection.
