The Cashback module in AiTrillion is a dynamic tool designed to drive customer retention, boost repeat purchases, and build long-term loyalty. What is the Cashback Module?

AiTrillion’s Cashback Module allows Shopify store owners to automatically issue cashback as store credits based on specific triggers. These rewards are customizable and can be applied in various scenarios to enhance user engagement and influence buying behavior. You can notify customers VIA Email or SMS.

Notes
Note: Soft limit is 1000 Store credit, exceeding the limit than the next assigned credit will be assigned, but after that, it will not assign any credit or cashback. Neither the Workflow will send any email to the customer whose limit has exceeded 1000 store credits. To increase the soft limit, please contact support at support@aitrillion.com.

Types of cashback available in the Cashback module

There are two types of cashback available, which are as follows:
1.) Fixed
2,) Percentage

1.) Fixed

You can set a fixed amount of cashback or credit. Whenever the workflow is triggered, the cashback will be added based on the workflow conditions.
There are 2 settings available here, which are as follows:
1.) Store credit to add ($) - You can set the amount of the store credit which has to be added to the customer's account.
2,) Set expire store credit (in Day(s)) - You can set an expiration time for the store credit in the customer's account.

2.) Percantage

You can set the fixed percentage cashback or credit. Whenever the workflow is triggered, the cashback will be added based on the workflow conditions
Note: You can give the cashback in percentage only with order trigger for rest of the triggers you can give the cashback in fixed amount
There are 3 settings available here, which are as follows:
1.) Store Credit to Add (%) - Enter the percentage of the order amount to be given as store credit. Example: Entering 50 gives 50% of the order value as credit.

2.) Set Max Discount Limit - Set the maximum cap on the store credit amount. If the percentage credit exceeds this value, the credit will be capped at the entered amount. Example: If my cart value is $1000 and I'm supposed to receive 50% as credit, which is $500. However, if the maximum discount limit is set to $100, I will receive only $100 as credit instead.

3.) Set Expire Store Credit - You can define a validity period for the store credit. Example: 30 Day(s) means the store credit will expire after 30 days from issuance.

Note:
1.) Cashback module will only work with New Shopify Customer account

2.) To provide cashback to customers you must have enabled the Store credit. To enable the Store credit,  go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Customer account >> Enable the store credit.
