Notify customers about the assigned cashback via SMS

SMS notifications offer a fast, direct, and highly visible channel to ensure your customers are aware of the rewards they’ve earned. In this article, we’ll explore how to send SMS for cashback notifications.
Here are the steps to notify customers via SMS about their earned cashback:
Step 3: Fill the details according to your requirements on the short code menu, search for "Store credit given," and click on it.
Step 4: Now, create the text message as per your need and paste the code -- {{store_credit_given_in_order}} -- to show the store credit provided to the customers and click on Save
Note: The shortcode {{store_credit_given_in_order}} displays the amount of store credit assigned to the customer and is fetched dynamically.
Step 6: Click on Action and drag and drop the SMS trigger.
Step 7: Select the template and connect the Actions
Now, the SMS will be sent to customers once they enter the workflow.
