Edit Cashback Email Content

Introduction

Customizing your cashback email content helps you deliver a personalized and branded experience to your customers. Whether you're sending a confirmation message or notifying users about their earned cashback, editing the email content ensures your message aligns with your tone, style, and business goals. In this article, you'll learn how to access and edit the cashback email template within your dashboard, so you can tailor the message content, subject line, and visuals as needed.

To edit the Email Content, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to Workflow automation >> Workflow

Step 2: Click on the campaign name of the cashback workflow you have created or saved.

Step 3: Click on the email message or template name you want to edit.

Step 3: You can chage the details as per your need.

 

Step 4: If you want to change the placement of the store credit amount earned by customers, you can use a shortcode by adding a text block and then clicking on 'Personalization', Search for 'Store Credit Given' and click on it—the cashback/store credit amount will appear at the location where you inserted the shortcode.

Note: The shortcode Store Credit Given will only work with Add store credit action.

Step 5: Click on Save & exit. 

Step 6: You can edit the subject as per your need and click on Save & exit.

The edited email will now be sent to customers based on the workflow triggers and conditions.
