Here are the steps to filter the reviews received from the customers:




Step 2: You can filter the reviews with the various filters, which are:

🔍 Search: Use the search field to find reviews by:
  • Customer name

  • Customer email

  • Review content


🔎 Search Products: Use the search field to find reviews submitted on a specific product.


⭐ Select Rating: 


Filter reviews based on star rating (e.g., 1-star to 5-star). This allows you to:
  • Quickly identify low-rated reviews that need attention

  • Analyze high-rated reviews for testimonials


📅 Select Created Date: 



Filter reviews by a specific date or date range. This is useful when:
  • Reviewing feedback from a particular period

  • Analyzing recent reviews


📌 Select Status: 


Filter reviews based on their status, such as:
  • Published

  • Unpublished

  • Pending


🖼 Select Media Type: 



Filter reviews that contain:
  • Images

  • Videos

  • Text-only reviews

This is especially useful for identifying user-generated content (UGC) for marketing purposes.




Step 3: Once you add the filter, click on the Filter button to apply it.
