How To Filter Customers

Introduction:

Learn the art of refining your customer base with AiTrillion's powerful filtering capabilities. Explore step-by-step instructions on how to effectively filter customers based on various criteria to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.

Here are the steps to take:

Step 1. Go to Customer Insights.

Step 2. Click Add Filter and then choose a customer filtering condition. Once done, click on Run Filter.

NotesNote: You can choose more than one filter at a time. After filtering, the button Save Segment will appear.


You can save this filter segment as a predefined segment for later use if required.
