Enable Post purchase widget on Order status and Thank you page using Checkout X module

Introduction

CheckoutX is an advanced module designed to optimize your Shopify store’s checkout and post-purchase experience. 

Enhance your post-purchase experience with Thank You/Order Status Page Page Widgets using the CheckoutX module in AiTrillion. These easy-to-enable widgets are following -:
  • Rate Your Experience (with Site Review): Enable customers to provide immediate feedback on their shopping experience, helping you gather valuable insights to improve your services and build trust with potential buyers.

  • Refer a Friend: Offer incentives to encourage satisfied customers to refer friends, effectively turning them into brand advocates and expanding your customer base through word-of-mouth marketing.


Here are the steps to Enable Thank you/Order Status Page Widgets on Your Store -:
Step 1: Go to CheckoutX >> Dashboard



Step 2: Click on Post-purchase widgets tab and simply click the Activate button for the one you wish to activate. The available widgets are:

B. Order Status page

To Enable the widget at the front store, check the following points -:

NotesNote: Before enabling Rate Your Experience, make sure the Product Review module, Product Review Button, and Site Review Buttons are enabled in the settings. To enable the Product Review Button Click here

1.) Thank you page

A. Rate your experience




Step 2: Change the language as per your need




Notes
Note:
1.) If you set "Show review form as default before click of star rating" to true, the review form will be displayed automatically.



2.) If you set "Show review form as default before click of star rating" to true, the review form will be displayed after clicking on the stars.




Now, the review form will be displayed as per your settings on Thank you page



B. Refer a friend

Notes
Note: Before enabling Refer a friend on Thank you page, make sure that Loyalty rewards module and Refer a friend activity is enabled.
 



Step 2: Change the layout settings according to your theme





The 'Refer a Friend' widget will now be available to all customers on the Thank You Page page.


2.) Order status page

A. Rate your experience

Step 1: Go to Shopify admin >> Online store >> Customize >>  Checkout and customer account >> Order status Page >> Apps >> Rate your experience.




Step 2: Change the language as per your need

Note:
1.) If you set "Show review form as default before click of star rating" to true, the review form will be displayed automatically.



2.) If you set "Show review form as default before click of star rating" to true, the review form will be displayed after clicking on the stars.


Now, the review form will be displayed as per your settings on Order status page



B. Refer a friend

Note: If you want to change the position of the widget, simply click on UP or DOWN arrow button and the position will be changed
