Add a thank-you widget to share on Facebook

Introduction

In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to set up a thank-you popup that encourages customers to share their experiences on Facebook. This feature allows you to leverage social media engagement and expand your brand's reach effortlessly.

Display a widget on thank-you page asking your customers to share their order confirmation on Facebook and earn loyalty points.

Here are the steps to add the thank-you widget to share on Facebook -:

Step 1: Go to Loyalty Rewards > Set up program > Earn Points.

Step 2: Click on enable button on the Facebook Share On Thank You section.

Step 3: Specify the points you want to give to your customers.

Step 4: Go to Shopify admin >> Themes >> Online store >> Click on Profile icon and Login to your store >> Click on Home or Customer Login >> Click on Checkout and Customer account >> Click on Checkout >> Click on Thank you >> Add the block Facebook Share >> Click on Thank you.

NoteπŸ“: If you are using the new Shopify customer accounts, please ensure you use the same method for logging in.
