Allow customers to add video review

Introduction

We're thrilled to introduce a dynamic way for our community to share their experiences with our products. With Video Reviews, you can now dive deeper into firsthand accounts, seeing our items in action and gaining valuable insights from fellow shoppers.

Here are the steps to allow customers to add video review:

Step 1: Go to Product review >> Settings >> General settings

Step 2: Enable the button of video upload option on review form

Step 3: Now when the customer will click on Write a review button and there will be option of Add video


Notes

The maximum video size allowed is 20 MB.

Only two formats of videos are allowed: WebP and Mp4


When a customer adds a review, the video can be seen within it.

You can also change the language by going to language settings. Click here to check the article of Edit Language for Review
