Give Loyalty Points To Customers On Product Review

Introduction

Increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value with AiTrillion loyalty points that give customers more reasons to buy from the store. Encourage them to write product reviews and incentivize the same with loyalty points.

Step 1: From the sidebar navigation menu, go to Loyalty Rewards > Setup Program > Earn Points > Leave a review.

Step 2: Click on Leave a review under the online store category.


Notes

1.) The points will only be provided to the customer when they have purchased order and gave review on that product


​​2.) The points will be provided only once per product


Make your settings and click save/update. Please note that if you want to, You can assign additional points to customers for leaving a review with pictures.
