Allow your customers to opt out of a certain type of marketing list

Introduction:

AiTrillion's email marketing system offers your subscribers the option to opt out of specific emails by sending a campaign with an opt-out block.

Note: The customer must be added to a list before configuring the opt-out for the marketing list.

Here are the steps to allow customers to opt out of a certain type of marketing list

Step 1: Login into AiTrillion> Email marketing> Templates

Step 2: While creating your email message template using AiTrillion design editor (Learn more about it here), choose the opt-out list block

Step 2: You can configure the block in its settings, creating a button for a customer to opt out of that list.

Note: You need to add the following details from - {%optout_link,'LIST_ID','REDIRECT_LINK'%}

1.) LIST_ID

2.) REDIRECT_LINK

1.) To add List ID, go to Customers >> List you will get ListID

 

2.) To add the redirect link, create a page and add a page link to Link URL

Now, all the added details will look like - {%optout_link,'1234','=https://url.myshopify.com/pages/feedback-form'%}

Step 3: Design the button according to your needs, remember to click on Save Changes when done!

Now, if the customer clicks on the button, they will be opted out from the list associated with the given ID.
