In the realm of email marketing, the ability to segment your audience effectively can make or break your campaign's success. One crucial segment to consider is the group of recipients who have not opened your emails. This segment, often overlooked, holds significant potential for improving engagement rates and refining your marketing strategy.

Here are the steps to create a segment for email not opened:

Step 1: Go to Customers >> All customers



Step 2: Click on Add filter. The filters are following

  • Number of sent campaign >> greater than equals to 1

  • Number of opened campaign is empty

  • Number of clicked campaign is empty


Step 3: Click on Apply filter

Now you will be able to target those customers who have never opened an email campaign
