Unpublish Reviews from Your Store

Introduction

Unpublishing reviews allows you to control which customer feedback is visible on your storefront. By removing specific reviews from public display, you can manage content quality, address concerns internally, and ensure that only appropriate or relevant feedback is shown to your customers. This helps maintain a professional appearance while still giving you the flexibility to review and moderate feedback as needed.

Here are the steps to unpublish a review from your store:

Step 1: Go to Product Reviews >> Manage Reviews

Step 2: Click on the Edit icon and click on the Unpublish button.

Note: If you want to delete the review, you can delete it by clicking on the Delete option. It will be deleted from AiTrillion and the online store.

Note: You can do the same thing with the site review by following the same steps. All you have to do is choose the correct tab in the manage reviews screen.

Now, the review has been unpublished and will no longer be visible on your store.

Important Notes

• Unpublishing a review will remove it from the storefront, but it will still remain available in the admin panel.
• You can republish the review anytime if needed.
• Deleting a review is permanent and will remove it from both AiTrillion and your online store.
• Make sure to choose the correct action (Unpublish vs Delete) based on your requirement.
• The same steps apply to both Product Reviews and Site Reviews—just select the appropriate tab.
• Changes may take a few moments to reflect on the storefront.
• Regularly review unpublished feedback to address customer concerns and improve the experience.
