Show Review Ratings On The Product Detail Page
Introduction
Displaying review ratings on the product detail page helps customers quickly understand the quality and popularity of a product. By showing star ratings prominently, you can build trust, highlight customer feedback, and make it easier for shoppers to make informed decisions. This feature enhances the overall shopping experience and encourages higher engagement with your products.

Here are the steps to show review ratings on the product page:
Step 1: Go to your Shopify admin >> Theme >> Edit theme
Step 2: Click on the down arrow next to Home and click on the Product tab.
Note: You need to follow the steps below for all the templates.
Step 3: Click on Product information >> Add block >> click on Apps >> Search for reviews >> click on Review ratings V2
Step 4: You can drag and drop the ratings as per your need and click on the Save button.
Now, the review widget will be visible at the front of the store
Note: You can edit the stars color by clicking on the block.
Note: If there are no reviews available for your product and you want to hide the “No Reviews” text, go to Product Reviews → Display on Store → Review Display and enable the " Hide No Review Message Yet " button.
Important Notes
- Ensure the AiTrillion app block is enabled in your Shopify theme; otherwise, the review ratings will not appear.
- You need to add the review rating block to all product templates to display ratings consistently across products.
- Always click Save after adding or repositioning the review rating block.
- You can drag and drop the rating block to adjust its position on the product page as needed.
- If ratings are not visible, make sure the correct product template is selected in the theme editor.
- Changes may take a few moments to reflect on the storefront.
- You can customize the star color and appearance directly from the block settings.
