Introduction

The Product Review Popup helps you capture customer feedback at the right moment—without disrupting the shopping experience. By displaying a timely and well-designed popup, you can encourage customers to leave reviews after their purchase, increasing both engagement and trust for your store.

This feature allows you to customize when and how the popup appears, ensuring it reaches the right audience with the right message. Whether you want to collect more reviews, improve product credibility, or build social proof, setting up the Product Review Popup can help you achieve these goals efficiently.


Here are the steps to set up the product review pop-up:



Use the following to understand each option configuration tab of the product review popup.

1. Design: Customize the look and feel of the popup through available design settings. Remember you can always choose a template and then work through that!

2. Content: Update the content of the popup as per your needs. Remember this is the content that your customer sees and interacts with as well so try to be creative. NOTE: The image of the product for which the review is being requested will appear automatically.


Behavior: Go to the behavior section to edit behavior-related settings of your popup including the pages where you want to display this popup, how frequently you want to display the product review popup, and more.


Step 3. Click on the Save button to save the popup and enable the popup using the flick switch.
