Setup Product Review Popup

Introduction

AiTrillion can help you boost your conversion rates by collecting and leveraging reviews, ratings, and Q&A with product review pop-ups.

Here are the steps to set up Product review popup:

Step 1: Go to Smart Popups > Create New > Product Review Popup



Use the following to understand each option configuration tab of the product review popup.

1. Design: Customize the look and feel of the popup through available design settings. Remember you can always choose a template and then work through that!

2. Content: Update the content of the popup as per your needs. Remember this is the content that your customer sees and interacts with as well so try to be creative. NOTE: The image of the product for which the review is being requested will appear automatically.


Behavior: Go to the behavior section to edit behavior-related settings of your popup including the pages where you want to display this popup, how frequently you want to display the product review popup, and more.


Step 3. Click on the Save button to save the popup and enable the popup using the flick switch.
