Setup Purchase Follow-up in Workflow Automation

Workflow Automation helps you add a personal touch to all your communications by eliminating manual processes. Here are some simple steps to automatically send a followup after a customer has purchased a product.

Step 1.  Login to AiTrillion and head over to Email Marketing > WorkFlow Automation> Templates


Step 2.  Click on the  Use Now  button beneath the  Purchase Follow-Up  box. 


Step 3.  A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.


Step 4.  Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings, choose the  throttling options , click save and turn on your workflow. 

Note:  You can edit the default message by clicking on the message name.
