Introduction
Remind your customers to place a repeat order for the same product by using this pre-created workflow automation
Here are the steps to setup a replenishment reminder:
Step 1: Go to Email Marketing > WorkFlow Automation>Templates
Step 2: Click on the Use Now button beneath the Replenishment Reminder box.
Step 3: A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.
Step 4: Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings for delay by clicking on the delay box, and choosing your throttling options.
Click save and turn on your workflow.
Note📜: You can edit the default messages by clicking on the message name. By clicking on the email action box you can choose other email options as well.
