Use this pre-created AiTrillion workflow automation to win back customers and engage with them on a frequent basis.

Here are the steps to setup the customer winback workflow:

Step 1: Go to WorkFlow Automation>Templates

Step 2: Click on the Use Now button beneath the Customer Winback box.

Step 3: A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.

Step 4: Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings for delay by clicking on the delay box, and choosing your throttling options. Click save and turn on your workflow.

Note📝: You can edit the default messages by clicking on the message name. By clicking on the email action box you can choose other email options as well.
