Setup a Loyalty Point Reminder in Workflow Automation

Now remind your customers to redeem their loyalty points with ease by using AiTrillion Loyalty Workflow Automation

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion and head over to Email Marketing > WorkFlow Automation>Templates


Step 2. Click on the Use Now button beneath the Loyalty Points Reminder box. 


Step 3. A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.


Step 4. Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings for the point options by clicking on the trigger box, choose your throttling options, click save and turn on your workflow. 


Note: You can edit the default messages by clicking on the message name. By clicking on the email action box you can choose other email options as well.
