Setup Advance Welcome Series Workflow
Introduction
Use an advanced combination of emails only or emails, push, and SMS to welcome new customers to your store. Use this series as a base and build upon it to your liking.
Here are the steps to setup Advance welcome series workflow
Step 1: Go to WorkFlow Automation > Templates >> Click on Welcome email
Step 2: Click on the Use Now button beneath the Welcome email (advance) box.
Step 3. A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.
Step 4. Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings, choose your throttling options, click save and turn on your workflow.
Note: You can edit the default messages by clicking on the message name. By clicking on the email action box you can choose other email options as well.
