Set Up Customer Winback Workflow | Re-Engage Inactive Shoppers with AiTrillion

Setup a Customer Winback Workflow automation

Introduction

Re-engaging inactive customers is essential for improving retention and maximizing customer lifetime value. A Customer Winback Workflow automation helps you automatically reach out to customers who haven’t interacted with your store for a specific period, encouraging them to return and make a purchase.

In this article, you will learn how to set up a Customer Winback Workflow automation, including defining the right triggers, timing, and messaging. This will help you bring back lost customers, boost conversions, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Here are the steps to set up the customer winback workflow:

Step 2: Click on the Winback tab, where various options are available. Then, click on the Use Now button for Customer winback. There are two options available:
  1. Customer winback (Signup): This workflow template is triggered when a customer signs up.
  2. Customer winback (Last order): This workflow template is triggered when a customer places an order.

Step 3: A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Click on Yes, use it!

Step 4: A workflow connected with triggers and actions will appear. You can add the filters and actions as per your needs.

Step 5: You can edit the email template sent to customers who enter the workflow by clicking on the link available in the action.

Step 6: Edit the workflow name, set up the throttle settings, and mark the workflow as active by clicking on the Active button.

Now, the customers will receive the emails once they enter to the winback workflow
